We are currently looking for Manager Strategic Projects to join our growing team. This position is a truly unique opportunity to be able to work across the entirety of the People function and other departmental areas to support the delivery of our strategic objectives. The role holder will be joining us at an exciting time and will contribute to the implementation of key strategic projects as part of the People Team. This role will have significant impact on HR’s reputation as a strategic function capable of planning ahead to pinpoint strategic issues and support successful delivery of key projects/program

This role includes implementing key initiatives against our People Plan, managing projects, supporting CPO governance and budget planning and tracking on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management to ensure seamless delivery
• Support managing CPO budgets. This includes the management of commercial contracts across the function.
• Management and reporting of the projects portfolio

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and business acumen

• Ability to problem solve, and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.

• Organized and self-directing- Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Active listening skills with the ability to articulate stakeholder positioning in actionable ways

Technical Skills

• Comfort with numbers and some experience in managing budgets
• Prior experience in managing global projects.
• Consulting experience

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 7-8 year of experience in managing projects and delivering successful outcomes. Demonstrable success of building good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organization
• Strong Knowledge of advance excel, macros, smart sheet
• Strong Knowledge of data analysis
• Strong Analytical & Numerical abilities
• MBA in HR
