We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in commercial/office interior fit-out projects .

Experience: 15+ Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end commercial/offices interior fit-out projects execution
• Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, quality and resources
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Manage civil, interior, finishing and MEP coordination
• Handle BOQ, procurement, billing and project documentation
• Lead project teams and ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor site progress, quality and HSE compliance
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve project issues
