Production Manager

TravPRO Mobile, an AI powered B2B mobile SaaS company in the travel industry, is looking for a Production Manager to lead US Production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency between the Development team in the Netherlands and US Production & Client Services teams to meet project timelines and maintain optimal function of platforms. Responsibilities include:Plan, schedule, and execute production activities leading to successful launch of client programs.Maintain schedule of determined project timelines with clients by tracking production schedule and content deliverables.Gather and preflight creative assets (logos, images, videos) to ensure they meet specifications.Build client programs in our proprietary content management system (CMS) by uploading editorial content, images, videos, maps, PDFs, etc.Provide production support post-launch as related to further development, updates, revisions, and additional modifications to platforms.Lead testing and quality assurance of UX of web and mobile applications on various devices.Maintain clear communication with and lead liaison between the development team, client services & production teams. Qualifications for Production Manager:Ideally 3+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to maintain efficiency and accuracy across all levels of the production process High regard for quality assurance and attention to detailAccountability and dependability across all areas of production processSelf-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independentlyMicrosoft Office experience requiredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite a bonusThis is a US based role, with the ability to maintain EST hours xzbcwsv
