Payroll and Operations Manager

Job description Roles and Responsibilities : Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits. Oversee administration tasks such as employee data management, leave tracking, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to payroll discrepancies or employee queries. Ensure seamless integration between different systems like ADP Solutions, Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong for efficient processing. Job Requirements : 8-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & Operations role. Strong knowledge of ADP Solutions (End-to-End) including administration modules like Darwin Box. Proficiency in managing multiple software applications such as Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Cloud Payroll module.
