Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) | 0–3+ Years
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) | 0–3+ Years KEY REQUIREMENTS
Automobile / Two-Wheeler dealership experience preferred
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Target and performance-oriented approach
Leadership & team-management skills for managerial positions
Knowledge of CRM/MIS preferred
Local market knowledge will be an advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales/service & dealership KPIs
Ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion
Deliver excellent customer experience
Maintain CRM, reporting & performance MIS
Drive team productivity and market penetration
Ensure achievement of individual/team targets
