Company Description

Target Dial builds AI voice agents and lead-gen systems for service businesses in North America. We're looking for a backend developer to own our stack: keep it stable, ship fast, and be the gatekeeper for every change that hits production.

What you'll do

• Own our backend: Python services, Supabase (Postgres) and AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Build and maintain integrations with GoHighLevel, Retell (voice AI), Twilio, Stripe and Gmail
• Ship daily with Claude Code, then review, test and clean up what the AI writes
• Review and merge every change through GitHub PRs, so nothing breaks production
• Clean up our data, including duplicates, sync jobs and security filters

You're a fit if you

• Have 3-5 years of backend experience with Python and SQL
• Already use Claude Code or Cursor every day, which is a must
• Have real AWS experience and can read logs and debug on your own
• Have built API integrations (telephony or voice AI is a big plus)
• Write clear English and give async updates without being chased
• Can overlap 2-3 hours each day with Toronto mornings (ET)
