Key Responsibilities Inspection & Quality Assurance Review approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality plans, and purchase order requirements. Conduct stage-wise inspections during fabrication and manufacturing of equipment/materials. Witness vendor inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), performance tests, and final release inspections. Verify compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. Monitor implementation of quality control procedures at the vendor's facility. Raise inspection observations, NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
