Job Description

Credit Analyst — MSME Working Capital

Entity: Quick Cashflow Capital Private Limited (QCF Capital) — NBFC-ND, part of the FinAGG group Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (work from office) Experience: 2–5 years Reports to: Credit Manager / Head of Credit Employment type: Full-timeAbout Us

QCF Capital is the on-book lending arm of the FinAGG group, a technology-first MSME lending platform. We underwrite small businesses using GST, banking and bureau data — not just balance sheets — and lend through a mix of our own book and co-lending partnerships with leading NBFCs and banks. We crossed ₹100 Cr AUM within our first year of operations and are scaling fast across working capital, channel finance and drop-line overdraft products.

If you want to do real credit work on thousands of MSME files — with data and tech doing the heavy lifting instead of paper — this is the seat.

The Role

You will own end-to-end credit appraisal for MSME working capital proposals: reading the numbers, forming a view, writing it down clearly, and defending it. This is a hands-on underwriting role, not a coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

Credit appraisal

  • Assess MSME working capital, channel finance and drop-line OD proposals within delegated authority and turnaround timelines.
  • Analyse GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B), bank statements, bureau reports (CIBIL / CRIF commercial and consumer), financials, and GST-derived turnover trends to arrive at eligible limits.
  • Assess buyer/supplier concentration, sales seasonality, related-party flows, cash-flow cycles and working capital gap.
  • Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) with a clear recommendation, structure, covenants and conditions precedent.

Decisioning and documentation

  • Present cases to the Credit Committee; document deviations with justification and obtain appropriate approvals.
  • Run and interpret RCU / field verification / legal and valuation inputs where applicable; resolve discrepancies before disbursal.
  • Ensure sanction terms, PDDs and post-disbursement documents are complete and compliant with the credit policy and RBI norms.

Portfolio monitoring

  • Track borrower health on a recurring basis using monthly GST filings, repayment behaviour, bureau refresh and collections feedback; flag early warning signals.
  • Support renewals, enhancements and limit reviews on existing parent limits.
  • Contribute to portfolio reviews, delinquency root-cause analysis and policy feedback loops.

Partner and process

  • Work with co-lending and partner lenders on file-level queries, deviation approvals and portfolio reporting.
  • Work with product and technology teams to sharpen the BRE / scorecard rules — flag where the rules are letting through bad files or blocking good ones.
  • Maintain audit-ready credit files and support internal audit, statutory audit and lender due diligence.
What You Need

Must have

  • 2–5 years of credit underwriting experience with an NBFC, bank, or digital lending platform, in MSME / SME / business loans / secured or unsecured working capital.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics or related; CA (Inter/Final), MBA (Finance), CFA or equivalent preferred.
  • Hands-on ability to read GST returns, bank statements and bureau reports and independently form a credit view.
  • Financial statement analysis: spreading, ratio analysis, working capital assessment, cash-flow-based lending logic.
  • Strong written English — CAMs are read by credit committees, co-lenders and auditors.
  • Advanced Excel.

Good to have

  • Exposure to GST-based or cash-flow-based underwriting rather than purely financial-statement-based lending.
  • Experience in supply chain / channel finance, invoice discounting or anchor-led programs.
  • Familiarity with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, co-lending (CLM-2) frameworks, and LSP/NBFC operating models.
  • Working knowledge of LOS/LMS platforms and comfort querying data (SQL is a plus).
What We Look For
  • Judgement over checklists. Policy is the floor, not the ceiling. We want someone who can say "the file passes, but here's why I'm not comfortable."
  • Ownership. Your name on the CAM means you stand behind the call — good outcome or bad.
  • Speed with discipline. MSME lending is won on turnaround time. We do not trade that against credit quality; we do both.
  • Honesty, Accountability, Transparency. Escalate a mistake early. We are far more forgiving of an error owned than one discovered.
Success in the First 6 Months
  • Independently underwriting files within delegated authority at agreed TAT and quality standards.
  • CAM quality that clears credit committee and lender due diligence without rework.
  • Demonstrated contribution to at least one policy or BRE improvement backed by portfolio evidence.
  • Clean audit and PDD compliance on files owned.
Compensation

Competitive, benchmarked to experience and current CTC. Performance-linked variable component.
