Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Lead located in (HRBR Layout) Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engaging with high-value design projects, developing concepts and design solutions, managing project timelines & team productivity, quality control & process adherence, and handling client concerns.

Qualifications

• Passionate About Design!
• Minimum 3 years of experience in turnkey interior & luxury interior design
• Able to handle a team of 3-4 members
• At least 1 year of experience in team management & client handling
• Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
• Experience in preparing & reviewing construction drawings
• Familiar with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of interior standards & guidelines
• Experience in luxury residential design is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
