Retail Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll deliver safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services in a high-volume retail environment. You will verify prescriptions, manage medication dispensing, and provide clear counseling to diverse patients. You’ll administer immunizations, conduct medication therapy management, and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. Working closely with pharmacy technicians and store leadership, you’ll optimize workflow, manage inventory, support clinical and wellness programs, and contribute to Walmart’s culture of respect, inclusion, and community-focused care.
