Lawn Care Manager

Position OverviewThe Lawn Care Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of turf and lawn maintenance across assigned client properties. This includes scheduling, supervising crew members, ensuring the highest standards of lawn care, and providing excellent client service. The ideal candidate has strong horticultural knowledge, hands-on turf management experience, and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-end service environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise daily operations of the lawn care team, ensuring timely completion of scheduled workManage and maintain turf health through proper mowing, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, and seeding practicesMonitor turf conditions and identify issues related to weeds, fungus disease, or irrigation performanceOversee application of lawn care treatments in compliance with environmental and safety standardsCoordinate with Estate Care Managers, Operations, and Irrigation teams to ensure seamless service deliveryTrain, mentor, and evaluate lawn care staff to uphold company quality and safety standardsTrack equipment uses and maintenance, and communicate repair and/or replacement needsMaintain accurate records of work completed, product usage, and property notesServe as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally
QUALIFICATIONS: xzbcwsv 3+ years of experience in lawn care, turf management, and/or landscape maintenance, including crew supervisionKnowledge of turf glass species, fertilization, pest disease management, and irrigation systemsNew York State Pesticides Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain)Strong communication skills – client reportsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesValid driver's license
