Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Mindbliss Hospital in Himachal Pradesh, India, with three positions available: Clinical Psychologist, HR Professional, and Hospital Manager (Operations). The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapy, conduct psychological testing, maintain clinical records, participate in treatment planning, and offer clinical supervision where appropriate. The HR Professional will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR policy implementation, while supporting a positive, compliant workplace culture. The Hospital Manager (Operations) will oversee daily hospital operations, coordinate departments, manage schedules and resources, support quality and safety initiatives, monitor operational performance, and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health for clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience with Psychological Testing and Counseling Psychology for diagnostic work and structured counseling services.
• Ability to provide Clinical Supervision and support multidisciplinary collaboration in a hospital setting.
• For HR: knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• For Hospital Manager (Operations): skills in healthcare administration, operations management, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Relevant degree for each role (e.g., Master’s in Clinical Psychology for Clinical Psychologist; Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related field for HR and Operations).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred; familiarity with local regulatory and ethical standards is advantageous.
