Satellite Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide specialized nutrition care for dialysis patients. In this role, you will assess nutritional status, develop individualized care plans, monitor labs, and counsel patients and families on renal diets and fluid management. Collaborate closely with nephrologists, nurses, and social workers to optimize clinical outcomes, support home and in-center dialysis programs, and contribute to education initiatives in a compassionate, mission-driven, team-based environment.
