Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Associate / Business Development Associate (Individual Contributor) to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable with cold calling, takes ownership of targets, and wants their career growth to be directly linked to performance. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities. Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits. Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales. Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM updates. Take complete ownership of individual sales targets and revenue numbers. Build strong customer relationships and drive successful closures. Performance & Growth Quarterly performance-based growth. 3 sales → 10% hike 6 sales → 20% hike Performance is reviewed every quarter. Incentive Structure Up to 5× salary cost → 5% incentive Beyond 5× salary cost → 40% incentive Candidate Requirements Experience in real estate sales, direct sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales. Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
