Champion Personnel is NOW HIRING 3rd Shift Bulk Cheese Handlers for Great Lakes Cheese! If you're looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing opportunity with excellent earning potential, consistent hours, and overtime opportunities, this could be the perfect job for you!

POSITION DETAILS

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour for the first 90 days

Pay After 90 Days: $22.00–$26.00 per hour!

Shift: 3rd Shift – Full-Time

CHOOSE FROM TWO SCHEDULE OPTIONS!

Option 1 – Monday through Friday

• Hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Overtime on Saturdays (Mandatory)

Option 2 – Sunday through Thursday

• Hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Overtime on Fridays (Mandatory)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Handle and move bulk cheese products throughout the production facility.

• Load, unload, and position cheese for processing and packaging.

• Assist with preparing cheese for production.

• Monitor products for quality and consistency.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and production procedures.

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals.

• Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable individuals with excellent attendance.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Lifting 50-100lbs at times.

• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.

• Ability to follow safety and food handling procedures.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or food processing experience is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
