Locum General Dentistry Need - Indian Health Facility - Harlem, MT

Are you looking to give back to an underserved patient population? We're seeking a locum general dentist to support an Indian Health Facility in Harlem, MT. This is a long-term opportunity with the option to extend, making this a great opportunity for steady, ongoing locum work.

Dates: ASAP (credentialing can take 30-60 days) - 6 months (with the option to extend)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Patient Population : All ages

Types of Cases: All general dentistry, provider skillset will be presented to client for consideration

Provider may rotate between two clinical sites:

Harlem, MT

Hayes, MT

Pay rate: All-inclusive hourly rate (hourly pay rate plus hourly travel stipend to cover travel and lodging)

Credentialing Requirements Include:

• Immunization Records
• Professional References (3 within the last year)
• Must be able to provide contacts for work verifications
• Fingerprinting and background check
