Job Description:

Supervise daily food & beverage service operations in a premium corporate cafeteria. Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations. Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance. Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues. Support counter management, food presentation, and service delivery. Maintain operational discipline and team coordination during shifts.

Desired Profile

Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma (mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, or corporate cafeterias. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional grooming and positive attitude. Ability to supervise service staff and manage guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety and hospitality service standards. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
