b Overview /b p In this Field Care Supervisor role, you lead personalised care from intake to ongoing delivery, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll shape and update care plans, perform assessments, and supervise Care Professionals to maintain excellent standards. You’ll guide the team to deliver consistent, compliant care and conduct quality assurance to boost client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position that makes a real difference in clients’ daily lives and family experiences. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage and coordinate client care from start to finish to ensure high-quality service /li li Create and update care plans; conduct care assessments and supervise Care Professionals /li li Provide guidance to team for outstanding care delivery and compliance /li li Conduct quality assurance visits and maintain client satisfaction /li li Attend new client care consultations and prepare care plans and documentation /li li Introduce new Care Professionals to clients and complete all relevant documentation /li li Prepare for and complete Service Review and Quality Assurance visits within specified timelines /li li Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and go the extra mile for clients /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Level 3 in Health Social Care (or equivalent) /li li CQC experience and hands-on care background /li li Excellent communication, organisation, planning and attention to detail /li li Strong planning, customer focus and relationship management /li li Full UK driving license and a reliable vehicle /li li Flexible and forward-thinking approach to the role /li /ul ul li Cheerful personality with positive mindset /li li Strong communication and relationship management /li li Planning and organisational skills /li li Care assessment /li li Care planning /li li Quality assurance /li /ul
