Dairy Expert – Sr. Engineer (Process)

Location: Vadodara

Job Description:

1. Demonstrated expertise in # milk pasteurization, #highprotein formulations, #yogurt

fermentation and Other Milk products & specialized nutritional milk powders .

2. Conduct comprehensive reviews of dairy plant capacities to ensure optimal production

performance .

3. Design of # CIP Process Engineering -Understanding of CIP circuits and flow paths,

cleaning SOP (alkali, acid, sanitizers), cleaning parameters (Time, Temperature,

Concentration, and Mechanical Action), review of CIP sequence development and

optimization

4. Provide technical guidance for preparing accurate Material and Energy Balance

calculations for dairy processes.

5. Evaluate and validate Process Flow Diagrams (#PFDs) to ensure process integrity and

compliance.

6. Review and support the development of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (#P& IDs)

for dairy operations.

7. Assess utility systems , determine capacity adequacy , and recommend sustainability-

focused improvements .

8. Perform process and plant safety assessments in line with regulatory and industry

standards.

9. Review equipment layouts from milk reception through packaging and associated

utilities to ensure efficient workflow and hygienic design.

10. Participate in client meetings to support plant gap analyses and propose technical

improvements.

11. Guide the preparation and review of the # Dairy Plant Master Plan .

12. Possess strong knowledge of European and U. S. dairy manufacturing standards and

regulatory requirements.
