SiteGrowth is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support a UK-based digital healthcare client. The ideal candidate will independently manage email marketing, WhatsApp communications, CRM automation, and content creation to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Build automated welcome, retention, and reactivation journeys.
• Develop WhatsApp communication workflows and automations.
• Create engaging marketing content using AI and design tools.
• Manage CRM segmentation and customer engagement.
• Track campaign performance, conversions, and revenue.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience with HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or similar platforms.
• Strong English copywriting and content creation skills.
• Practical experience building CRM automation workflows.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
• Understanding of customer retention and conversion optimization.
• WhatsApp Business API experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a UK-based team.
