Job Description – Customer Support Associate

We are hiring Customer Support Associates with strong communication and comprehension skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• VERSANT assessment required
• Good comprehension and analytical skills.
• Ability to type accurately with minimal errors (30 WPM / 90% accuracy preferred ).
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.

Employment Type: Contractual- 3 months

Shifts timings - Rotational shifts (24*7)

Working hours : 9 hours per day

Salary Range - 23K CTC- 18K in hand per month (Fresher)

24 K CTC- 19K in hand per month (Experienced)
