Job Description Ignition Pro is seeking qualified and experienced Lecturers to deliver international Transnational Education (TNE) programmes offered through OTHM and NCC Education. The successful candidates will be responsible for effective teaching, student engagement, academic support, and adherence to awarding body requirements.

Areas of Teaching

1. Health & Social Care

• OTHM Level 3 to Level 5 qualifications in Health & Social Care.
  

2. English Language

• NCC Education International Foundation Diploma (IFD) Level 3 – English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
  
• NCC Education Diploma in English Language (DEL).
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures in line with programme specifications and awarding body requirements.
  
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment activities.
  
• Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and learning outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate academic records and comply with quality assurance procedures.
  
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
  

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Health & Social Care, English, Applied Linguistics, or a related discipline.
  
• Relevant teaching experience in higher education or international qualifications.
  
• Familiarity with OTHM or NCC Education curricula, assessment criteria, and quality assurance requirements will be an advantage.
  
• Strong communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
  
• Ability to support students from diverse academic and linguistic backgrounds.
