About the Opportunity

Alexander Chapman is partnering with a real estate investment banking and capital advisory firm looking to expand its business development network across the United States.

We are seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals with established industry relationships who can identify and introduce new financing opportunities.

This is a fully remote, non-exclusive, commission-only opportunity, ideal for individuals looking to generate additional income through their existing professional network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and refer commercial real estate financing opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships with developers, investors, property owners, and borrowers.
• Introduce transactions involving acquisitions, refinancing, development financing, and capital restructuring.
• Generate qualified leads and facilitate introductions to the firm's financing team.
• Operate independently with a flexible schedule.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in commercial real estate finance, mortgage brokerage, investment banking, commercial lending, or capital markets.
• Established relationships with commercial real estate investors, developers, and property owners.
• Proven business development, sales, or deal origination experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate financing.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working as an independent contractor.
