Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sports Agent to join our team. In this hybrid role,

you will represent professional football players, manage key relationships, and guide athletes in

making impactful career decisions at the highest levels of the game.

Key Responsibilities

● Represent athletes in contract negotiations and professional engagements

● Build and maintain strong client relationships

● Analyze teams and opportunities in top-level Indian football

● Provide strategic career guidance and growth planning

● Collaborate with clubs, agencies, and key stakeholders

● Ensure high client satisfaction and professional service delivery

Candidate Profile

● Strong understanding of football and sports management

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Experience in sales, client servicing, or athlete representation

● Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

● Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

● Prior experience in sports or talent representation is a plus

Job Details

● Duration: 6 Months

● Working: 6 Days a Week

● Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

● Location: WFO (Kolkata)

● Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month
