Precast Project Manager Location: Navi Mumbai & Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 20 Years Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering About the Role We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project planning and execution. Commercial and cost management of precast operations. HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management. Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Client and stakeholder relationship management. Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews. Leadership, mentoring, and people management. Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements. Required Skills & Experience Strong project management experience within the construction sector. Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection. Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
