User Experience Researcher

We are looking for a User Researcher II to drive end-to-end research within an assigned charter — selecting appropriate methodologies, synthesising qual and quant inputs, and beginning to build cross-team partnerships that ensure research shapes product and business decisions. This role operates with growing independence; manager support is available but not the default.

Must-have

• 2–4 years of hands-on research experience; drives end-to-end projects with some manager support.
• Selects and executes appropriate methodologies for complex problems — not just evaluative research.
• Strong qual depth: independently plans, recruits, facilitates, and synthesises. Insights tied to product and design action.
• Integrates qual and quant data (analytics, surveys, behavioural data) into synthesis with manager's help.
• Proactively engages with PMs to scope and prioritise research; doesn't wait to be directed.

Good to have

• Consumer or marketplace product company background.
• Early exposure to proactively shaping a research roadmap for a charter.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields. Work quality takes precedence.
