Role Overview As a Frontend Developer Intern at Zepcruit, students will gain hands-on experience by working on real-time projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Interns will contribute to building intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven recruitment platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces and user-facing features Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement designs effectively Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility Participate in testing, debugging, and feature enhancements Ensure consistency in design and user experience across the platform Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and development practices Requirements Strong problem-solving ability Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of version control systems HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Redux or similar frontend frameworks Understanding of responsive design principles What We Offer Competitive Stipend incentives PPO opportunity based on performance Opportunity to work directly with leadership team Fast-paced learning and career growth environment Job Details Location: Ravet, PCMC, Pune Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Onsite Working Days: 5 Days a Week Position Type: Full-Time Salary: 3.5-4 LPA Stipend: 5,000rs-/month for 1st three months, then based on performance may increased.
