TEMP - Administrative Assistant

The HT Group is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a client located in Port Arthur. This is a Contract / Parttime position.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks, filing, and data entry to support daily purchasing operations.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Duration: Through the end of 2026
Pay Rate: $20–$25 DOE
Dress Code: Casual (jeans and a T-shirt are fine)

Responsibilities
•    Administrative Support: Assist the Corporate Purchasing Manager with routine daily tasks and general administrative duties.
•    Filing & Recordkeeping: Organize and maintain electronic files, documents, and records.
•    Data Entry & Reporting: Update spreadsheets, maintain records, and prepare reports as needed.
•    General Coordination: Assist with emails, document processing, and other tasks to support purchasing operations.

Requirements
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Experience with filing, data entry, and general administrative work.
•    Ability to manage routine tasks independently and maintain confidentiality. xzbcwsv
