Nanny Needed

I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Two of the children are still in diapers and the eldest is potty trained. I'm looking for someone to step-in and take my place when I'm away at the office. I'm looking for a bright positive attitude and someone that can multitask without getting overwhelmed or upset. I'm also looking for someone that is creative and playful and can incorporate learning into the daily routine.
