Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in Buddhist Studies is mandat ory from a recognized university
• Master's Degree in Buddhist Studies or a closely related discipline with an excellent academic record
• Must fulfill the UGC Regulations for appointment as Professor
• Relevant teaching and/or research experience in a university, college, or recognized research institution.
• A strong record of high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE-listed journals.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising doctoral research.
• Evidence of academic leadership, research projects, curriculum development, and institutional responsibilities will be preferred
