Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Experience: 2+ Years

Role Objective

Provide round-the-clock monitoring and first-level support for IT Disaster Recovery systems to ensure adherence to RPO/RTO targets, prompt incident response, and continuous DR readiness through defined runbooks and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• · Monitor RPO/RTO dashboards, replication health, backup status, and DR alerts on a 24×7 basis
• · Proactively identify and report replication lag, failures, or DR-related anomalies
• · Log and manage DR incidents and alerts in ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• · Execute first-level troubleshooting as per SOPs and automation runbooks
• · Coordinate with L2/L3 teams (Infra, Network, Storage, Application) for resolution
• · Perform shift handover, update logs, and maintain incident tracking
• · Support scheduled DR drills and validation activities
• · Ensure evidence collection for audit and compliance requirements
• · Regular DR readiness activities and reporting
• · Prepare MIS & Reporting

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• · Basic understanding of DR concepts (RPO, RTO, DR drills)
• · Exposure to monitoring tools (infra / application / DR dashboards)
• · Experience with ITSM tools (Incident & Change Management)
• · Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux environments

Good to Have

• · Awareness of DR tools (Zerto, SRM, ASR, Veeam, NativeCloud DR)
• · Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
