The Role We are looking for an energetic, on-ground associate who will visit government departments daily, understand their day-to-day challenges, and identify where NitiAIDE can build AI or end-to-end automation systems. You will be the bridge between government officials and our technology team — listening to pain points on the ground and translating them into opportunities we can solve. This role combines office work with daily field visits. If you enjoy meeting people, asking the right questions, and are excited about how AI can transform Indian governance, this is for you. What You'll Do Travel daily to government departments across the region to meet officers and officials. Understand each department's workflows and identify pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes. Evaluate whether NitiAIDE can build an AI system or end-to-end automation for those problems. Document findings clearly and share opportunities with our product and tech teams. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with government officers and officials. Research AI initiatives and automation trends in the government sector to sharpen your recommendations. Represent NitiAIDE professionally in all department interactions. What We're Looking For Communication: Strong communication skills in Telugu and/or English (basic English fluency required). People skills: Comfortable meeting and interacting with government officers and senior officials. Willingness to travel: Ready to travel daily to multiple departments. Tech curiosity: Able to understand our AI technology at a basic level and explain its value simply. Research mindset: Keen to research AI and automation initiatives in the government sector. Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, IT, Business, or related preferred). Experience: Freshers welcome; 1 year in a relevant or similar field is a plus. Nice to Have Prior exposure to government projects, public sector, or field sales/BD. Interest in AI, automation, or GovTech. Own two-wheeler / driving license for local travel.
