Jet-Set Dedicated Reefer Team truck driver - Taylor Farms Average pay: $1,530-$1,870 weekly Home time: Monthly Experience: All CDL holders Overview Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight. Paid flights to and from destinations. Reefer trailer hauling produce. 100% no-touch freight. 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Team configuration, nighttime driving may be required depending on shift. Drive within the Midwest and Northeast. Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. Weekly performance pay. $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport. Need CDL training?
