This position manages project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. </p><p> The Project Manager will work closely with field supervisors, estimators, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to successfully execute projects while maintaining company standards and building strong customer relationships. </p> Responsibilities <ul><li> Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion. </li><li> Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project forecasts. </li><li> Monitor project costs, approve expenses, and identify opportunities for cost control. </li><li> Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. </li><li> Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents. </li><li> Ensure compliance with project requirements, permits, building codes, and safety regulations. </li><li> Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and manpower needed to complete projects. </li><li> Work closely with field teams to ensure project schedules and production goals are achieved. </li><li> Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. </li><li> Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to address challenges. </li><li> Review and manage subcontractor agreements, schedules, and performance. </li><li> Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed to maintain project timelines. </li><li> Conduct project meetings and communicate expectations clearly with all parties involved. </li><li> Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates. </li><li> Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. </li><li> Handle unexpected challenges and make sound decisions to keep projects moving forward. </li><li> Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. </li><li> Perform additional duties as assigned. </li></ul><p> QUALIFICATIONS </p><p> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Preferred)</li><li>3-5 years of experience in project management within construction </li><li> Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and/or architecture principles. </li></ul><p> Communication Skills: </p><ul><li> Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings. </li></ul><ul><li> Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs. </li><li> High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions </li><li> Strong leadership ­­and management skills </li></ul><ul><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li></ul><p> Computer Skills: </p> <ul><li> Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. </li> </ul> <p> PHYSICAL DEMANDS </p><p> The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
