ServiceNow delivery leader

We are looking for a "ServiceNow Delivery leader " for our global IT services provider Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad 20 years of managing ServiceNow projects Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB) Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clients Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams Required Skills & Experience 20 years of experience in IT services delivery , with strong exposure to ServiceNow Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations Deep understanding of: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Request Management Configuration Management Hands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modules Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and consultative mindset
