About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer and lead data, handling inbound and outbound calls, verifying and qualifying leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Customer Support Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM

• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound customer calls

• Understand customer needs and share relevant product/service details

• Verify, qualify, and categorize leads before sharing with sales team

• Coordinate with sales team for lead assignment and follow-ups

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers

• Track leads from inquiry stage to conversion and maintain records

• Update CRM with call details, interactions, and follow-up status

• Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely action

• Address basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams

• Prepare basic CRM reports (leads, follow-ups, conversions, interactions)

• Maintain clean and accurate customer database

• Support sales team in improving lead conversion and engagement

• Achieve assigned targets for calling, follow-ups, and CRM management

Requirements

• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English

• Confident in handling customer calls and communication

• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Understanding of customer handling and lead management

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools

• Prior experience in CRM, telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination preferred
