Frequent courtroom appearances throughout all five NYC boroughs

Handle your own cases with real responsibility and autonomy

Work alongside experienced attorneys with decades of litigation experience

Midtown Manhattan office serving a diverse and active client base

• Represent clients in Housing Court and other courts throughout New York City's five boroughs

• Manage landlord-tenant litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, affirmations, legal correspondence, and court filings

• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, conferences, and trials

• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Independently manage deadlines while delivering exceptional client service

• Active New York State Bar membership in good standing

• 3+ years of landlord-tenant litigation experience

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• Highly organized with exceptional case management abilities

• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision

• Reside within commuting distance of New York City

• Available for regular in-person court appearances throughout all five boroughs
