What Youll Do Meet Homeowners &amp; Provide Estimates Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software. Sell &amp; Book Jobs Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale. Maintain Profitability Sell jobs at or above the companys target gross profit to meet profitability goals. Cultivate Referral Partners Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster. Manage Communication Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism. Collaborate with the Team Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution. What Were Looking For Location: Must live in or around Douglas County, CO. Valid Drivers License &amp; Reliable Transportation Travel to job sites is required. Sales-Driven &amp; Results-Oriented Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong Negotiation &amp; Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address concerns and find win-win solutions. Excellent Communication Skills Build trust quickly with customers and referral partners. Tech-Savvy &amp; Organized Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience Home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management background. Independent, reliable, and able to manage your time with minimal oversight.
