About the Role

Yogyatha is looking for a dynamic Field Executive - Real Estate to conduct property site visits, verify property information, coordinate with customers and builders, and support field operations across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property site visits and inspections.
• Verify property details, approvals, and site information.
• Capture property photos, videos, and location details.
• Coordinate with customers, builders, and property owners.
• Update visit reports and property data in the CRM.
• Support property onboarding and customer engagement.
• Travel across Chennai for daily field assignments.

Requirements

• Any Graduate or Diploma.
• 0-3 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai.
