Experience
5+ Strong experience supporting mac OS environments in enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and support Apple Mac devices using MDM solutions.
Provide L2/L3 support for mac OS device management, security, and compliance issues.
Deploy applications, policies, configuration profiles, and security controls across managed devices.
Perform device enrollment, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot complex mac OS, application, and device management issues.
Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with at least one or more MDM platforms:
Microsoft Intune
Omnissa Workspace ONE
Jamf Pro

Deep understanding of mac OS administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with:
Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)
File Vault
Configuration Profiles
Software Packaging & Deployment
Scripting expertise in:
Shell (Bash/Zsh)
Python
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience in security compliance and device hardening.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Target Profile: mac OS Engineer / Apple Administrator / MDM Administrator / UEM Engineer with strong Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf expertise and Shell/Python scripting experience.
