The ideal candidate will drive prototype, pilot, and production ramp-up activities while ensuring manufacturing readiness, cross-functional coordination, and smooth transition from product development to mass production. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete NPI lifecycle from project kick-off to mass production. Develop, maintain, and release NPI build plans, project timelines, and milestone tracking.
