Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist students, clients, visitors, and walk-ins in a professional manner. Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct enquiries to the concerned department. Manage appointments, visitor records, and front-desk activities. Provide basic information about company services and guide visitors to the appropriate counsellor/team member. Maintain office files, documents, registers, and administrative records. Maintain employee attendance and leave records and coordinate with HR when required. Maintain stationery and office supplies and coordinate for required purchases. Handle courier, documents, and incoming/outgoing office communications. Update Excel/Google Sheets and maintain basic reports and data. Support meetings, events, and other office activities. Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Support management with any additional administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of

*MS Office, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

*Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional and pleasant personality. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Punctual, responsible, and disciplined Previous experience in Front Desk, Administration, Customer Service, Education, or Immigration is an advantage. Freshers with good communication and organizational skills can also apply.
