Sr HR Generalist

We’re a growing dental group with practices across several Southeastern states, and we need a senior HR generalist to run day-to-day HR across all of them.

In your first year, you'll:Become the trusted HR partner for practice leaders across multiple statesOwn employee relations, investigations, and corrective action from start to finishKeep us compliant with federal and multi-state employment lawsManage benefits, leaves, and workers' comp so our practices can focus on patientsFind the gaps in our HR processes and fix them
You bring:8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience is requiredA track record supporting a decentralized, multi-site organizationMulti-state compliance knowledgeHealthcare xzbcwsv or multi-unit experience is preferred
Details:Hybrid, primarily on-site at our Charlotte-area home office, with occasional travel. Competitive salary, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.
