Registered Nurse Critical Care Regional Float Pool

MedStar Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Regional Float Pool to provide high-acuity care across multiple hospitals in the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced critical care nursing in ICUs and step-down units, performing complex assessments, managing ventilators and drips, and responding rapidly to patient changes. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support quality and safety initiatives, and access robust training, career development, and innovative practices in a patient-first, mission-driven environment.
