Position Details

• Job Title: Senior Consultant v2 – Medicaid Systems Implementation Project Manager
• Location: Boise, Idaho
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Contract Duration: October 26, 2026 – December 3, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modules and components.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, project managers, and government teams.
• Oversee legacy system migration, data conversion, implementation planning, and go-live activities.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and project communications.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare technology or state government.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, training coordination, and rollout communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with legacy system migration and data conversion.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing data aggregation, analytics, and reporting activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with state Medicaid agencies.
• Experience with Medicaid system implementation or modernization projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional government teams.
• Experience with system certification, legacy migration, and go-live planning.
