Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with exceptional customer service skills. You'll manage high-value commercial accounts, partner closely with internal stakeholders, and play a key role in driving cash flow, improving processes, and supporting the overall health of the business.
What You'll Be DoingManage a portfolio of strategic, high-value customer accountsOversee full-cycle accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, credit memos, adjustments, write-offs, and reconciliationsMonitor aging reports and collection efforts while maintaining strong client relationshipsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, account variances, and payment issuesAnalyze AR activity and provide reporting on collections performance and outstanding balancesPartner with Operations, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Finance to resolve invoicing and payment concernsSupport month-end and year-end close through reconciliations and revenue-related activitiesServe as a subject matter expert for AR processes and best practicesAssist with process improvement initiatives and system enhancementsMentor and support junior AR team members as needed
What We're Looking For5+ years of billing, collections, and accounting experience in a corporate environmentStrong B2B collections experienceExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced Excel skillsStrong understanding of debits, credits, account reconciliations, and GAAP principlesExperience managing large-dollar customer accounts and complex billing environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-service-oriented approach to collections and relationship managementBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
