Zenith India Lawyers - Internship, Capital Markets (September) Location: Sector 57, Gurugram (in-office) Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance and requirements) Stipend: Minimum Rs. 10,000 Reports to: Associate / Partner on the assigned matter Responsibilities Legal due diligence on issuer companies and related individuals and entities. Preparation and tracking of sections of requisition lists and review of documents received. Assistance in drafting Legal Search Reports, DRHP and RHP chapters. Research notes on the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other Applicable Regulations. Requirements Final year law student, recent graduate, or CS professional stage student.
