In this role, you will coordinate patient care, lead bedside nursing teams, and support safe, evidence-based practices for mothers and newborns. You will oversee patient flow, triage acuity, and collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality, family-centered care. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supporting training and competencies, assisting with policy adherence, and promoting a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced L&D environment.
