Run the dispatch desk for taxi companies in the United States. Book rides, assign drivers and keep passengers moving, from our office in Lahore Cantt.

Grasp Solutions has run dispatch for US transportation companies since 2015. As a taxi dispatcher, you answer passenger calls in the taxi company's name, book rides and send the nearest driver, all inside the company's own dispatch software.

If you speak good English and stay calm when every line is ringing, we will teach you the rest.

What you will do:

• Answer passenger calls in the taxi company's name and book rides.
• Assign trips to the nearest available driver and follow each trip until drop-off.
• Handle airport pickups, scheduled rides and last-minute changes.
• Give passengers driver arrival times and sort out complaints politely.
• Work in dispatch software such as TaxiCaller and log every call and trip.
• Pass urgent problems to the shift supervisor straight away.

Requirement:

good English communication skills. Training is provided.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, on US time. On-site at our office in Lahore Cantt. Walk-in interviews Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
