Job Title: Legal Recruiter (US Staffing)

As a Legal recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and

placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. You’ll play a critical role in

supporting our end-to-end recruitment process—from understanding client needs to candidate

onboarding.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent)

Experience: 0-1 Years (FRESHERS from legal educational background can Apply )

Job Location: Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (ON SITE )

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates, compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.
• Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate updates.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.
• Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support.
